Will it fit me?
Yes. Bracelite is one adjustable size, and the dual-strap system tightens or loosens to fit waists from 22 to 44 inches. Most people never have to think about sizing.
Can I wear it all day?
Yes. The breathable mesh is made for long wear. Start with 2 to 3 hours a day and build up from there. Take it off when you sleep.
Will it help with my herniated disc?
Bracelite adds compression and stabilization to the lumbar area, which helps ease the pain from a herniated disc. It supports your treatment plan rather than replacing it, so check with your doctor for medical advice.
How do I wash it?
Hand-wash in cold water with a mild detergent and air-dry. Skip the machine, bleach and tumble dryer so the support plates keep their shape.
Can I wear it under my clothes?
Yes. The slim, low-profile design sits discreetly under shirts, kurtas and office wear, so no one will know it is there.
What is your replacement policy?
You get a 7-day replacement guarantee. If your Bracelite arrives damaged or the fit is wrong, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it. The product just needs to be in its original condition.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

How long will delivery take?

Is it safe to wear during pregnancy or after back surgery?
Many customers wear Bracelite for pregnancy-related lower back strain, but every case is different, especially after surgery. Please check with your doctor before use if you are pregnant, recently operated on, or managing a diagnosed spinal condition.

What is it made of? Will it make me sweat or irritate my skin?
The panel is a breathable mesh with flexible support stays, built to move air and reduce sweat build-up even during long wear. Most people find it comfortable over a thin layer of clothing; if you have very sensitive skin, we recommend not wearing it directly against bare skin.
Does it help with sciatica too, or only herniated disc?
Both. Sciatica pain often comes from the same lower-back muscles and discs that Bracelite supports, so stabilizing that area and correcting posture typically eases sciatic pain as well, not just herniated-disc pain.
